1. Sync Jobber
Connect your Jobber account with one click. We securely link your service catalog to your Shopify backend.

Match your Shopify SKUs to your Field Service Management (FSM) services. Use our "Magic Map" AI to do this automatically in seconds.

FieldRelay monitors every paid order. When a mapped item is purchased, a job is instantly pushed to your field crew's schedule.
Troubleshooting
Why isn't my job appearing?
- Check if the SKU in the Shopify order is mapped in FieldRelay.
- Verify that your FSM connection is still active in Settings.
- Check the "Sync Logs" in the Dashboard for any error messages.
FAQ
Do you support one-time orders?
Yes, if the SKU is mapped, FieldRelay will process it regardless of whether it's a subscription or a one-time purchase.
How often does it sync?
FieldRelay works in real-time. We use Shopify Webhooks to trigger the sync the moment an order is paid.
